Dynamic stretching helps the body warm up and get ready to work! Learn to live a more active lifestyle by performing these Dynamic Flexibility stretches.
Dynamic Flexibility Program – Please perform 10 repetitions of each exercise, 2 times per day.
DYNAMIC HAMSTRING STRETCH – While standing with your arms stretched out in front of you, raise and swing a leg forward while maintaining a straight knee. Alternate to the other side. Hold onto a chair with one hand for balance, if needed.
DYNAMIC GLUTE STRETCH – While standing, raise up a knee while bending it and grasp it with both arms as you pull it up towards your chest for a stretch to your buttock. Alternate to the other side. Lean your back against a wall or sit in a chair for balance, if needed.
DYNAMIC QUADRICEPS STRETCH – While standing, bend your knee to touch your heel to your buttock. Alternate to the other side. Hold onto a chair with one hand for balance, if needed.
