Elite Physical Therapy is excited to announce that we are launching a “Video of the Week” series. This week’s video is a 15 minute seated mobility routine; perfect for those of you who have been working from home, have been sitting a bit more than usual lately, or have not been able to be as active over the last two months. As Physical Therapists, we believe that movement is medicine and would like to promote getting moving in any way that you safely can. All exercises should be performed within a pain free range. You may feel a mild to moderate pulling or stretching sensation, this is OK! Please be sure to modify all exercises accordingly as everyone’s bodies are different.
